In a society which dictates all of their behaviour, two friends struggle to make decisions which will affect their entire lives.
But is the decision theirs to make?
Over the Ocean (2017) is a self-published short comic about about two people trying to be true to themselves at a time when that was nearly impossible. It was a companion piece to my BA dissertation about historical comics. The story is entirely fictional, but it was based on my research into the time period. It is 24 pages long.
